All going well, I’m going to Scottish Frocktails.

Once I had sewn the teal New Look 6000 dress, I grabbed Black Watch tartan that was in my stash.

I had a good hair day and took this photo so you can see how the bodice turned out.

Actually I pattern matched the dress. You’ll notice that from the video version above.

The lining was also from my stash as were the notions.

Thankfully Scottish Frocktails is at the start of our UK visit so I’m sure the waistline will be ok. Don’t ask me about my waistline for October though.
