In February I drafted my bodice block and today I’m wearing a shirt I sewed from that block!
The fabric is from Miss Maude NZ that I bought last month before I went to Bangkok. ‘Scouts honour’.

These two garments are 2 of my latest sewing projects and I’m chuffed they combine together so well.

The whole sleeve placket thing is my sewing skill stretch target during #SewAprilBlouse26.
Sleeve plackets aren’t my fav technique but they’re so satisfying. Just like sewing a two-part collar.
Mastering structure and keeping them in proportion for my body gives me such a buzz.
Here are the #SewAprilBlouse26 entry details.
