There’s something about madras fabric that just screams summer – and this vibrant vermillion colour loves our Australian sunshine! ☀️

I first made this dress using New Look 6092 almost nine years ago, and here we are again.

This time, the challenge was matching all those seam lines (who does that willingly?!). Proud to say… mission accomplished! ✅

This madras was prewashed, colourfast, and irons like a dream. Being cotton, it does crease, but the rich colour hides it beautifully.
