Jumpsuit yes. For my size? Yes.

@paulinealice_patterns has launched 2 new sewing patterns and I’ve tested the jumpsuit. Here’s my #velesboilersuit
I went with a monochrome theme. Black with white snaps and white top stitching.
Her patterns are designed for a B cup so I upsized the front bodice for a C-D cup. I used my size to increase the depth where I need it.
I also graded the pattern to again suit my shape.
Check the sizing Pauline uses as I always shorten the trouser length but this time I left the bodice length as is.

Jumpsuits need to have lots of wiggle room in the trouser centre front and centre back seams.
I used Prym snaps that I’ve had for a while and I’m always a bit wary of using them. Adding snaps to garments isn’t hard but I did need do a few practice attempts after watching a Prym tutorial on YouTube.
Having fabric with reasonable stability makes the snaps last longer. I added interfacing where the snaps were added.
Pauline always adds some really unique features so I’ll let you have a closer look at the details on my version.

I didn’t bring #velesboilersuit on our travels this time but I’ll take it on shorter holiday breaks.
This is a comfortable garment that I really do wish I could have brought overseas this time.
@spotlightstores linen viscose fabric bought, washed and sewn. Very comfy indeed
