In 2022, I made a new dress using Julia Allison Cost Dancing lady orchid textile print for frocktails in Sydney.

At the event it’s really difficult to get a decent photo so these are my photos taken before the event.

The green and gold trim was something I spotted at E&M Greenfields. This trim was at the bottom of the shelves so I thought, give it a go and see if this trim works.

I’ve hand sewn on the trim in case I decide to remove it in the future. It is now 2024 and that hasn’t happened.

I need to use the remaining fabric for a new outfit and I’m at planning stage right now.
